Where did last week go?
The Friday Finder worksheet is a free, printable sheet for listing the repeat tasks that fill your week, with a blank before-and-after time log. No sign-up.
Fill this in from last week's calendar, receipts and sent email. List every task you do yourself that repeats. Rough minutes are fine. Then bring it to a Friday Finder call, or keep it for yourself.
Nothing on this page is sent anywhere. Print it, or fill it in on paper.
Business: Week of:
| Task | Minutes each time | Times a week | Minutes a week | Who could draft it? (me / an agent / someone else) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Example, made up to show the arithmetic: invoices from job notes | 15 | 8 | 120 | An agent drafts, I approve |
Total minutes a week: Divided by 60 = hours a week:
Three questions for each task
- Is it the same steps most weeks? Repeat work is the easiest to hand off.
- Does the information already exist somewhere, such as job notes, a calendar or a spreadsheet?
- Would you be comfortable approving a draft of it in a minute or two?
Circle the two or three tasks with the most minutes and three yeses. Those are the ones worth talking about. This sheet estimates what's on the table; it doesn't promise time saved.

Count the minutes, don't guess them
For each task an agent takes on, write down how long it took before, then how long it takes now with the agent's draft and your approval. A few weeks of this is how you and we judge whether it worked.
| Date | Task | Minutes before | Minutes now (draft plus your approval) | Notes |
