Run a business in San Diego and still do your own admin?
AI agents draft the invoices, reminders and replies. You approve each one, and Friday goes back to you.

For regulated teamsPick the first use case worth doing, with the business case and the cost per approved output worked out before anything is bought.
Technical go-to-market advice for financial software and data-heavy firms taking AI products to their buyers.
Specialist agents with narrow jobs and limited permissions. Every output goes to a named person for approval.
Approval logs, stop-and-flag rules, client isolation and leak tests, built into how the system runs.

We map the workflow, the data and the business case, then define a small pilot with acceptance criteria you can check.
Consulting engagementsOngoing advice on architecture, vendors, product and rollout, for teams that need an experienced AI lead without a full-time hire.
Fractional advisoryWe deploy FoxGrade on hardware you own, inside your own cloud account, or as a hybrid. Your client material stays inside your boundary.
About FoxGradeInvoices, payment reminders, quotes, the inbox, next week's schedule. We set up AI agents to draft that repeat work so you can approve it in minutes and spend Friday outside.
FoxGrade is the private AI pattern we deploy for clients. It follows a few rules:
Protected source material stays inside the boundary you approve: your hardware, your cloud tenancy, or a hybrid. We check that boundary for each deployment before we use the line about it.
"Audit-grade" describes logged, reviewable work. It is not a certification or an audit opinion.
The "Agents" in the name are real. Each engagement runs with specialist AI agents, each with a narrow job and limited permissions. Joe reviews their work and makes the calls.
Reads your documents and public sources, and brings back findings with the source attached.
Turns notes, templates and past examples into first drafts: proposals, training material, reports.
Tries to break the draft: checks numbers against sources, flags unsupported claims, runs leak tests.
Writes and tests the code and automations, and has to pass an acceptance test before anything ships.
Watches the running system, reports problems and keeps the logs.
Scopes the work, reviews what the agents produce and signs off. Clients deal with a person.

Joe started Fuchs & Agents in Pacific Beach to help businesses use AI on data they can't afford to leak. His background is in financial services technology and enterprise AI, and he builds and runs private AI systems himself, on his own hardware.
That mix is the point: someone who can talk through the business case with an owner or an executive, then open the hood and build the thing.
Fuchs & Agents is founder-led. Its specialist agents are AI systems, not human employees. They research, draft, check, build and monitor. Joe reviews the work and signs off.
